Biba Amure Animal Print Suitcase – Luggage with Style

Suitcase style was something I never really thought about in the past. I carried a backpack on my shoulders travelling around Australia and Thailand in my twenties and when children came along, a suitcase to me was just something functional I packed our clothes in on the annual family holiday. However, in the last year the opportunities for travel have opened up and I realised that my battered old fabric suitcase, whilst still serving me well, could do with an upgrade both from a functional and style perspective! I was delighted therefore to get the opportunity to collaborate with House of Fraser, who sent me this stunning Biba Amure Suitcase for my travels to Marrakech.

I never realised how excited I could get over luggage(!) but the minute the case arrived I literally fell in love! The large suitcase just oozes glamour with its gorgeous eye-catching animal print design and glossy hard shell exterior. It also features matt gold detailing that gives the suitcase a real luxury feel. It certainly stands out from the sea of black suitcases you normally find on the baggage carousel.

Apart from the fact this case is incredibly roomy inside with two compartments separated by two fabric zip dividers which also contain pockets for items such as jewellery and makeup etc, the suitcase’s major advantage is its 8 spinner wheels which makes maneuvering the case incredibly easy. The suitcase can also be teamed with matching small but perfectly formed hand luggage from the Biba range.

It’s perfect for a glamorous getaway or for a trip away with the family and I have been lucky enough to do both so far this year, both on my trip to Marrakech (featured images) and again on my family holiday with the children to Tenerife. Would it be odd to confess therefore, that I am already planning when my next trip will be this year, just so I can use my fabulous suitcase…?!

This looks beautiful Sharron. I love the design and the matte gold is gorgeous. I could have done with this recently – I regretted the all-black case I took with me to Crete almost instantly after we landed! Talk about unrecognisable. Looking fab 🙂 hope you had a lovely holiday in the sun x

What a fabulous case! I love Biba – in no small part due to my love of leopard print. I have a couple of handbags and quite a few items of clothing from Biba, as well as several pairs of fabulous shoes! That case would really stand out on the airport carousel 🙂
