Happy New Year everyone, I hope you all had a great Christmas! No doubt, like me, you may well be feeling like you ate one mince pie too many…
I made what felt like the brave and rather virtuous decision to attack my kitchen cupboards and fridge with a black bin liner the other day and have rid myself of all left-over temptation. However, I couldn’t bring myself to throw out the children’s selection boxes and instead resorted to placing them on the highest shelf I could find!
Without doubt, one of the most popular New Year resolutions is to ‘lose weight and get fit’ and that is definitely one of mine for this year. Although I have managed to shed most of my baby weight over the past year, I am keen to shape up and ditch those sugar fixes that seem to have become a regular daily occurrence… I am delighted therefore to be kick-starting a more healthy way of living by embarking on the “Fed Up To Fab” 21 day programme.
Fed Up To Fab is an online health and weight loss coaching programme (run by Chloe Stephens) for ladies looking to improve their health and lose weight with lots of support to get you body confident again! Members of each programme join a private group which operates through Facebook. You are given a ‘No Diet Plan’ with lots of meal plan ideas to get you started. You are then encouraged to post photos of your meals for the first week at least so Chloe can check you are on the right track.
The course is designed to help you:
Break habits
Change limiting beliefs
Challenge you
The idea behind the course is not to ‘diet’ hence the ‘No Diet Plan’ but to achieve some new lifestyle changes that are guaranteed to make an impact on your health, mind and body! Obviously, one positive side affect of these changes is that you are also going to lose weight on your journey too.
The course starts on Tuesday and I will be keeping you updated on my progress so watch this space…
