I know most of us have now heard of them, but after a few fabulous purchases on there recently, I had to share a little love for the award-winning online marketplace that is Not On The High Street.com.
Not On The High Street.com is one of the most high profile ecommerce businesses in the UK and has experienced explosive growth since the company was founded in 2006 by entrepreneurs Holly Tucker and Sophie Cornish.
The company hand-pick the best creative small businesses to sell on their marketplace, making it simple for you to find inspired, personalised, stylish or unique things. Whether it be homeware, pictures and prints, jewellery, fashion, gifts or something for a wedding or baby, they pretty much have it covered.
I love the look and feel of the website which is clean, fully of beautiful imagery and easy to navigate.
As we have recently moved into our new home, I have been doing a spot of decorating and was looking for a fun print to finish off the downstairs cloakroom. After trawling the site for ideas, I found what I was looking for with the quirky personalised family poster by ‘A Piece Of’ (shown above). Being a photographer, I also couldn’t resist this great new vintage camera iPhone 5 case by Crank.

As NOTHS is a marketplace, everything on their site is sold and sent directly by the creative small business that made, sourced or selected it. All the items I ordered arrived separately, within only a few days, beautifully packaged with the NOTHS logo on the packaging.
